Meet The Team

Nicholas Ross

Director

Nicholas has been in estate agency for over 17 years and has worked in a number of market places. He has in that time helped many Estate Agents regain their position as market leaders in their respective branch towns. Having started a family with his wife Zoe in 2008 he, with family support, decided the time was right to open his own agency and apply the upfront and honest approach he takes in his personal life to the Estate Agency industry. When not at work he enjoys motor racing, playing football with his son Finley and has been known to play the odd round of golf. He also enjoys travelling with his wife Zoe, son Finley and daughter Lola.

Christopher Ross

Director

Christopher started in the property industry 17 years ago project managing new build and refurbishment developments on behalf of the award winning family owned development company. Having managed his own and other family members rental portfolios of over 60 properties for the last 10 years Christopher has invaluable first-hand experience in the lettings world. Chris now deals with all aspects of the day to day lettings business and is only to happy to assist should you need any further help. When not at work he enjoys motor racing and owns a collection of motorsport based road and track vehicles.

Martin Ross

Director

Martin Ross established Pinecroft Estates Limited in 1987 as a high quality residential development company. Martin now undertake 90% of the viewings for the estate agency allowing his knowledge of building to help all potential purchasers understand the ins and outs of the property they are viewing. Martin joined his two sons to open a successful Estate Agency chain.

Rory Lewis

Client Manager

Rory is our newest member of the team, joining as a Client Manager. With a lot of experience in customer based roles. After studying GCSE’s and completing his A Levels to a high standard he has decided to show a keen interest in Estate Agency. He enjoys interacting with new people and understands the importance of offering a high quality service to all as well as up keeping a good reputation. Making conversation is a strong point and he is always willing to help, with a self-motivated conscientious attitude. Rory’s hobbies include both playing and officiating football in his spare time.

Karen Ridgers

Administration

Karen has lived in Camberley for the last 8 years. Having worked for several large companies as both a receptionist and secretary Karen is well versed at making sure the back office runs smoothly and efficiently. Karen got married last year and has a keen interest in flowers and often visits the local garden centres.

Zoe Ross

Accounts & Administration

Zoe has previously worked in the estate agency industry for a large local agency. She has a keen eye for detail and aims for the highest standard of property brochures to be produced. Zoe overseas all aspects of the back office protocols for Blue House and makes sure the technology is always up to date from the Domus database to the VOIP phone systems. Zoe likes to spend her private time with her son Finley, daughter Lola and husband Nicholas.

Lucy Edwards

Client Manager

Lucy enjoys working in a client base environment and helping people feel satisfied with the service she have given them and from this she found a great interest in the estate agent industry. Lucy has also lived within this area since she was 5 which providing a great knowledge of the surrounding area helping clients relocating to the area understand the local schools and facilities. Lucy enjoys meeting new people every day and in her free time enjoys going to the gym frequently, socialising and shopping.

Soon Hau Fun

Trainee Client Manager

Soon decided to join us as he has a particular interest in sales and would like to learn about the housing industry more extensively. He is likes to help customers where possible through communication and understanding, therefore maintaining the outstanding Blue House name. Soon enjoys playing badminton regularly and has had the chance to train and play in Surrey’s county squad U18s. This reflects upon his hardworking and motivated mindset to complete the task at hand. During his time on the squad Soon has picked up knowledge and with the experience gained passes it on by teaching at badminton clubs in Lightwater.
